Agency OneRevised 4 October 2026.
Who we are
This website, agencyone.co.bw, is run by Kalabeta Digital (Pty) Ltd, registered in Botswana under CIPA number BW00009929033, with its registered office at Plot 5025, Masetlheng, Tlokweng. For anything in this notice, write to hello@kalabeta.com.
What the site collects on its own
Nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs, such as the address a request came from and the page it asked for, for the security and operation of the service.
What you give us
The contact page asks for your name, your organisation, a work email and, if you choose, a phone or WhatsApp number, together with the shape of the pilot you have in mind. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it, and it travels through your own mail application to our inbox. We use it to answer you, to arrange a demo or a pilot, and for nothing else.
Who sees it
The people at Kalabeta Digital who answer enquiries and arrange demonstrations. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing. Our email provider processes it on our behalf as any email service does.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in conversation with you about Agency One, and for up to two years after the last exchange, so that we can pick the conversation up where it stopped. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act of Botswana you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to our using it. Write to hello@kalabeta.com and we will answer within one month.
