Agency One is a product of the Kalabeta group, built and operated by its delivery house in Gaborone. We run our own platforms in production, so we are held to the standard we sell.
Who builds it
Kalabeta Digital (Pty) Ltd is the delivery house of the Kalabeta group. We build software, integrate systems, move estates to the cloud, automate the work that should not be done by hand, and then keep all of it running. Support and operations for what we build sit inside the engagement, to agreed service levels, rather than in a separate contract.
The name comes from a Kalanga storytelling tradition of acknowledgment: the assurance that the listener is present and the connection is alive. In a delivery firm that has a plain meaning. You are never left wondering whether the build is on track, and we are still answering after go-live.
