For your team
Every outlet open on time, every till in view.
The five questions an operations team asks before it takes on a counter network, each answered with the screen it would use.
Question 1
How does a day open?
Each counter opens on a float its teller declares. The supervisor sees every till's declaration as it is made, and a till that has not declared cannot serve. The outlet's float is one figure, live, with its health beside it.
Question 2
What happens when a till runs low?
Float health is shown per till and per outlet all day. A teller asks for a rebalance from the counter; a supervisor approves it later, from their own login, and the ledger moves the float. Nobody carries cash between tills on a verbal say-so.
Question 3
Who can do what?
Five roles, and nothing is allowed unless a role permits it. A person with two hats has one login and two areas. The risky moves always take two people: the one who asks and a different one who approves.
Question 4
What does the queue look like at four o'clock?
Everything that needs a person is a task with an owner and a deadline: an approval waiting, a provider call that failed and is being retried, a till that did not open. The queue is worked from one screen, in each person's own session.
Question 5
How do I add an outlet or a counter?
An outlet is configuration: its counters, its staff by role, its services from the catalog. Add it, bind the people, and it opens on its first declared float. No release, no visit from a technician.
Bring your operations team to a demo.
We will open a day, run a till low and close it, on your outlets and your services.
