Agency One

Partners, for providers

The fourth option.

For an institution without a branch in a town, the choices are stark: build a costly branch, ask people to travel, or go without. A network on Agency One is the fourth option: serve that community today, through a counter that is already there.

Reach without infrastructure

Every counter on the network becomes a place you can serve, in towns where building a branch could never pay.

Live in days

You join by configuration: the catalog carries your services to every outlet the day they are published.

One connection, full visibility

A single connection reaches the whole network, with volumes and settlement visible to you as they happen.

Two directions of money, one record.

Collections flow in and disbursements flow out across the same counters. Every movement is posted double-entry the moment the receipt prints, and settles to you through the network's settlement bank.

Money in: collections

What customers pay across the counter, collected on your behalf.

  • Bill payments and top-ups
  • Licence and permit fees
  • Insurance premiums and loan repayments
  • Deposits and wallet cash-in

Money out: disbursements

What your programmes pay out through the network, verified person by person at the counter.

  • Grants, pensions and allowances
  • Salaries and programme payouts
  • Remittance collection
  • Withdrawals and wallet cash-out

How you connect.

On your own terms. Each connection is proven in a sandbox against the real journeys, certified, and only then switched on at the counters. The connector never retries on its own, so nothing happens twice.

By API

Where your systems have a real-time interface, the connector calls it and the counter waits for your answer before the receipt prints.

By file

Where you settle by file, a nightly file carries the day's collections and the match checks it line by line against the receipts.

Assisted

Where there is neither, an assisted connector drives your existing screens, so you can join before you build an interface.
